Up to 40 invoices per month for one location and three suppliers. Availability, schedule and scope are agreed after the pilot. There is no active recurring checkout and no automatic enrollment.
What is outside the scope
Supplier negotiation, collection of credits, payment processing, tax advice and accounting audits are not included. Complex substitutions, incomplete source documents or more than three suppliers may require a different scope; no extra work is charged without agreement.
Before you pay
We confirm fit, deliverables, timing, data handling and payment terms in writing. Do not buy a freight plan for supplier review; those products do not include this pilot.
