These scope notes describe supplier pilot enquiries. A paid review requires written confirmation of its terms before payment or document transfer.
Enquiry and acceptance
Submitting the form requests a discussion of the pilot. It does not create a paid order, reserve delivery time or enroll you in a subscription.
Scope and price
The proposed first review is C$49 for up to 20 CAD or USD invoices across two periods, one location and three suppliers. Confirm deliverables, timing, payment and cancellation arrangements in writing before booking. The proposed C$99/month follow-on service is not an active automatic subscription.
Your documents and context
Share only documents you are authorized to provide. Product mappings, substitutions, adjustments and applicable price agreements need confirmation. Data handling and permitted processing must be agreed before the documents are received.
Use of the report
Findings support your review of invoices. Historical price changes are not automatically overcharges, and a difference against an agreement still requires checking its applicability. There is no guarantee of supplier credits, recoveries or savings. The pilot does not include an accounting audit, tax advice or supplier negotiation.
Existing freight agreements
The supplier pilot is separate from freight accounts, credits and subscriptions. Existing freight service terms remain available below; a freight purchase does not buy supplier review.
