A price difference is a starting point.

Welcome to ChargeBasis. The review desk turns invoice figures into comparisons you can check. These three examples are fictional. A difference is a starting point, not a promise of money recovered.

Compare the same quantity.

Start with bread flour. Four packs of twenty five kilograms and five packs of twenty kilograms both total one hundred kilograms. The unit price rose from two dollars to two dollars thirty. That is a fifteen percent increase, not proof of an overcharge.

Check what was actually agreed.

For milk, the confirmed agreement is two dollars twenty per litre. Twenty litres should total forty four dollars against forty eight billed. Check the agreement dates and adjustments before asking about the four dollar difference.

An uncertain match stays uncertain.

The coffee is a replacement blend. We do not assume it is equivalent to the earlier product. The comparison stays open for clarification, with no invented price difference.

Turn the evidence into a question.

Inspect the source references beside each finding. Edit inputs to correct them, copy a specific supplier question, and mark the comparison reviewed. Export the report to keep your work. Nothing is sent to a supplier automatically.

Try your own figures. Keep control.

Choose use my own figures to start a manual comparison. Your inputs stay in this browser tab, so export before closing. This tool does not read PDFs or provide unattended monitoring. For a managed review, enquire about the scoped pilot.
